If you have not been to salumeria I highly suggest you do! This is truly one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. With all of the new ones opening; pasta and Otto, they have work to do. Salumeria has everything you need and more for a dining experience that will leave your heart and belly full. The pasta all home made! So flavorful and large plates full! Breads and cheeses! The pizzas are to die for. We've become regulars not only because of the food but the staff!!!!!!! Every time is the best time

It looks small from the outside but it's huge inside. The food was exceptional it transported me back to my Italy trip. The service was great and on top of it all! Very authentic Italian restaurant. The ingredients are so fresh and you can tell they make everything there from the pasta to the sauces. Oh and I can forget the amazing tiramisu. This restaurant is a must try!

Veramente Italiano salumi & vino & complete happiness, one of my favorite authentic Italian spots in Miami I love to go there literally just to sit outside and drink wine and pick on delicious and imported cheeses and meats. It is phenomenal. I have gluten allergies, so I cannot consume, gluten or wheat, and I love that they have these fingerling potatoes as a side order and I always order it with my dish goes perfectly with the olives Cheese Selection, Trio di Prosciutti and everything they serve ... always the rosé it's refreshing so perfectly with everything. I love the friendly staff. They always have some amazing story about the wine and they're so kind to allow me to practice my Italian. I love the decor. Also it makes you feel like you are restaurant in Milan, another reason why I love it because I used to live in Milan, so this makes me feel like, I'm taking for the evening.

Some things are perennial. Just like flowering plants, chronic pain or Miami traffic, whether good or bad, there are things you can just count on. What's amazing about Salumeria 104 is that they pay attention to the tried and true Italian recipes that are staples of the country's cuisine. I had a pork cotoletta alla Milanese. It was perfectly cooked with a dab of butter and a gorgeous arugula and tomato salad. Service from Pablo was exceptional and attentive. He was knowledgeable and very much on top of his game. Added plus: his Italian was on point. Can't wait to go back.

Superb dinner, from start to finish. This restaurant is very deceiving from the outside. It is actually quite larger than it presents. I had dinner with a friend and we both were impressed with the quality of our pastas. Very fresh, and the sauces had great flavor. The panna cotta was divine. Our waiter also made the experience pleasant by always providing everything we need and making great recommendations. Cannot wait to come back and try something else from the menu.

Where to begin? My fiance and I came here for dinner tonight and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Between our server Victoria being such an amazing waitress and the general manager Cristian being so attentive, we have such an amazing dinner. We've lived in the neighborhood for so long and can't believe we took this long to stop in. The restaurant has a great open kitchen concept, has an intimate cozy European restaurant feel while also being such a great date night spot. Food was exceptional, service was outstanding, ambiance was intimate and lively, we will be back. Thank you Salumeria!

Coming back to update this bc Salumeria 104 has HANDS DOWN the best service in Miami. I have come 3 times now and had 3 different waiters and am absolutely ASTONISHED by how above and beyond they were. So much so that I left a 100% tip last night. ex: my friend and I came for the half off bottle Monday special. There are two chalkboards inside the restaurant that also list food specials, one of which was extremely difficult to read, even from less than 10 feet away. Our waiter went so far as to remove the specials board from the wall, and personally hand- bring it over so that we had less difficulty reading it. Moreover all we had was the bottle of wine and a special cheeseboard of the day, so a very small check, and he was incredibly on top of always filling our glasses and making sure we had no questions- he even explained some wines and other food items that we were uneducated about in a very non-condescending helpful way. All in all I absolutely love this place and every chance I get I cannot wait to tell everyone I know. Perfect for all events as they have two dining rooms as well as outdoor and bar seating. Cannot recommend enough.
